The easiest way to stop fraudulent web hosting orders is to call every new client!  We call all new clients for verification.  If we can’t reach them at the number provided during signup we send them the following email:

Hello,

Thank you for your recent web hosting order.  Part of our fraud protection guidelines require us to complete a telephone verification with new clients.  We are unable to approve your order at this time since we could not reach you at:

$telephone number

Please reply with a good time and number so we can call you in order to verify your account.
