Client can’t access their website

It sucks when you can access a website but the client can’t access their own site. As a host we all have to accept the fact that sometimes there’s a router down between the client’s ISP and our NOC. Here’s what I send the client when this occurs:

Is this still an issue? We’ve ran some tests and it appears to be a temporary routing issue. We’ve been able to load the site successfully both on and off the network. If it continues to give you a problem please visit:

http://whatismyip.com

and reply with the IP address shown. We can then run some tests between your connection and the server that your account is on.
